Terms and Conditions of Use of the 99bwin Platform

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply: "Platform" the full range of services offered by 99bwin on its website and applications, including Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, and other games. "Customer" or "User" is any person who registers for and uses the services of 99bwin. "Real balance" is the amount deposited by the customer or won through bets, and is freely withdrawable. To create an account at 99bwin, the customer must:

It is allowed one account per CPF only. Opening multiple accounts — even with different details — is considered a serious violation of these Terms. When duplicate accounts are detected, the 99bwin will close all accounts involved, forfeit any bonuses, and may retain winnings obtained through duplicate promotions.

The customer is responsible for keeping their registration details up to date. Changes to email, phone number, or banking details must be requested through support with identity verification.

The customer is solely responsible for keeping their access credentials secure — login, password, and 2FA code. The 99bwin strongly recommends using unique, complex passwords that are not shared with any other platform.

Under no circumstances shall the 99bwin will never ask for your full password by email, chat, or phone. Any communication requesting your password is fraudulent and should be reported to support immediately.

Two-factor authentication (2FA) is enabled by default for withdrawals. Customers may optionally enable 2FA for login in their account settings. If the registered mobile device is lost, unlocking 2FA requires full identity verification.

The minimum deposit amount is R$ 20.00 for all methods. There is no maximum deposit limit, though transactions above certain amounts may be subject to additional verification in accordance with regulatory requirements.

All deposits must be made by the account holder — the 99bwin does not accept deposits made by third parties. Deposits identified as originating from a third-party account will be returned to the sender, minus any applicable bank return fees.

Withdrawals at 99bwin are available through the following methods:

• Pix — processed within 5 minutes, available 24 hours a day, minimum value R$ 20.00;
• TED bank transfer — processed within 1 business day, minimum amount R$ 50.00.

All withdrawals are released exclusively to bank accounts or Pix keys registered under the same CPF of the account holder at 99bwin. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

Daily Pix withdrawal limits vary by VIP level: Bronze and Silver — R$ 10,000.00 per day; Gold — R$ 30,000.00 per day; Diamond — no daily limit. The 99bwin does not charge any withdrawal fee, regardless of category.

• A bet confirmed by the customer is permanent and irrevocable, except in cases of proven technical error on the platform's part;
• The 99bwin reserves the right to cancel bets in cases of clearly incorrect odds caused by a technical error ("odds errors"), notifying the customer and returning the staked amount;
• If a sporting event is cancelled before it begins, all bets are fully refunded to the real balance;
• In the event of a postponement, bets are kept valid if the event takes place within 48 hours; otherwise, they are refunded;
• Accumulator bets that include a cancelled event will have that selection removed and the odds recalculated without it;
• The minimum bet amount is R$ 2.00. Maximum limits vary depending on the market and the customer's VIP level.

The odds displayed on the 99bwin are the odds at the time the bet is confirmed — not at the time of browsing the platform. In highly volatile situations (live betting), the odds may update between selection and confirmation. The customer is notified of any change before confirming.

The casino games available on 99bwin — including live roulette, blackjack, baccarat, slots, and crash games like Aviator — are provided by certified third-party suppliers. Each game has its own RTP (Return to Player) and rules, displayed in the game interface before play begins.

Casino game results are generated by RNG (Random Number Generator) systems certified by independent laboratories, ensuring the randomness and fairness of every round. The 99bwin does not interfere with the outcome of any casino game.

In the event of a technical failure during a gaming session — internet disconnection, server error, or client-side failure — the 99bwin will restore the round to the state recorded on its servers. Bonus balance is only converted to real balance once the applicable rollover has been fully met. Withdrawals requested before the rollover is complete will result in the automatic cancellation of any unconverted bonus, with no impact on the available real balance.

The 99bwin maintains high technical standards to ensure platform availability and reliability. However, technical issues may occasionally occur, including server instability, odds display errors, and connectivity problems.

In the event of odds error — defined as a visibly incorrect odd resulting from a technical error, significantly outside normal market parameters — the 99bwin reserves the right to cancel the affected bets and return the staked amount to the customer's balance, regardless of the event's outcome.

The 99bwin is not liable for losses resulting from the customer's internet connection failures, issues with the user's device, or instability in external banking systems used for deposits and withdrawals.

Any error or inconsistency identified by the customer must be reported immediately to 99bwin. Complaints regarding already-settled bets will be reviewed, but the 99bwin does not guarantee review of results after 72 hours from settlement.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 99bwin:

• Opening or using multiple accounts to accumulate bonuses or circumvent restrictions;
• Use of automated software, bots, or any automation tools to place bets;
• Coordinating bets with other users to guarantee an outcome regardless of the sporting event ("match fixing");
• Use of VPNs, proxies, or any technology to mask the customer's real location and circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Money laundering, including making deposits and withdrawals without any real betting activity;
• Use of the platform by anyone under 18 years of age;
• Submitting false documents during the KYC process;
• Any attempt to hack, compromise, or overload the systems of 99bwin.

Detection of any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals, and notification to the relevant authorities where required under Brazilian law.

The customer may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 99bwin. Prior to closure, all pending real-balance withdrawals will be processed as normal. Any bonus balance not yet converted to real balance will be forfeited.

The 99bwin reserves the right to close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity;
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process;
• Inactivity for more than 24 months with no balance in the account;
• Self-exclusion requested by the customer for responsible gaming purposes.

In cases of account closure due to a Terms violation, the 99bwin may retain winnings obtained irregularly, documenting the decision and notifying the customer at their registered email address.

The 99bwin believes that betting is entertainment and should be enjoyed responsibly. To support this, we offer the following tools to all customers:

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly, or monthly, configurable by the customer;
• Bet limits — maximum amount per bet, configurable by the customer;
• Session time control — alerts after the period defined by the customer;
• Temporary self-exclusion — account suspension for 1, 3, 6, or 12 months;
• Permanent self-exclusion — permanent account closure, irreversible.

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. Any disputes arising from the use of 99bwin will be submitted to the courts of the district of São Paulo/SP, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.
